Abstract

본 연구는 암 환자의 심신을 다스리는 아로마테라피에 대해 사례고찰을 통해 연구하고자 했다. 그리고 본 연구를 토대로 실제 임상에서 아로마를 사용하는 것이 암환자에게 긍정적이라는 것을 밝히는 것이 목적이다. 사례고찰에서 아로마테라피의 처방 및 환자소
감을 통해서 환자의 임상적 치료에 대한 결과는 사례 1의 폐암환자는 호잎 5방울, 라벤더 10방울, 프랑킨센스(유황) 2방울, 로즈마리 3방울, 스위트 아몬드 오일 100ml, 1% 농도 아로마 트리트먼트 오일로서 말기암의 심신고통을 완화하고 QOL이 향상되었다. 사례 2의 난소함 환자는 사이프레스 7방울과 라벤더 10방울 유칼립투스 3방울, 스위트 아몬드 오일 100ml, 1%농도 아로마 트리트먼트 오일로 손뿐만 아니라 얼굴이 핑크빛으로 되고 눈동자가 빛났다. 사례 3의 대장암환자는 라벤더 10방울, 유칼립투스 4방울, 로즈마리 4방울, 페파민트 2방울, 스위트 아몬드 오일 100ml, 1% 농도 아로마 트리트먼트 오일로 환자의 QOL 전체를 높여 행복한 나날을 갖게 하였다. 그러므로 본 연구의 결과에 따라 아로마테라피는 암환자의 심신을 다스리는 것에 효과가 있음을 확인하였다.

Now around the world, about 6 million new cancer patients are increasing every year. The first cause of death in recent years in Japan is 'cancer'. One of the three Japanese people suffered from cancer and loses precious lives. In this way, the number of people suffering from cancer is increasing in our familiar places. While ourselves do not know, cancer can occur in our bodies. The cancer itself, a part of the cells of the body mutate, proliferate as heterogeneous cells. Originally the normal cells of our bodies are mutated, and as long as we are alive, cancer is occurring or disappearing. So how can we soothe this cancer cell which is part of 60 trillion cells in our body? Are you fighting consciously or unconsciously with cancer cell groups of runaway cells, gathering bad cells? Or are they coexisting? In clinical practice, it has been clarified that aromatherapy is applied to cancer patients, and that the quality of life of cancer patients is raised and the fact that they are extremely helpful in alleviating the symptoms, in particular, improving the mental state.
